About

Bo Spjuth was Head chef at the Royal Palace in the 50s and worked at several renowned Stockholm restaurants but he was also my grandfather. It was he who taught me about food and flavors and steered me in to the hotel industry. I write about food, wine, restaurant and hotels visits and travels but I will also write about my grandfather – his life, recipes and experiences.

Bo was born in 1913 and died in 1984. Married to Linnea Spjuth (born Hagstedt). Children: Lena Moxness and Kerstin Sahlberg.
