On my way home north after a day in Stockholm. Lunch meeting at one of my favorite restaurants in Stockholm – Zink Grill on Biblioteksgatan. I get the same feeling as I do at my other favorite The Wolseley in London. Both with professional waiters and classic interior. Quite basic food but always tasty – classic bistro food. Today, as so many other times, a Steak Minute. A perfect size and grilles steak with choron sauce and fries. I always leave Zink with a smile and a happy feeling. And one of the best things with it is that you recognize the crew. They really must like their job because I have seen them there many years now.

So if you have problems with what you want to eat – always think of Zink Grill. Great wine list too!
