Time to leave Åre and Sweden for a 3,5 week long and wonderfull vacation in my favorite state in USA – California. Main purpose this time is to leave my second born daughter Lovisa in Fresno. Time for her to study at Clovis North High as her sister (class of 2011), uncle ’81-82 and me ’84-85 (me and my bro went to Clovis West).
Ida will come along and after dropping Lovisa off in Fresno Ida and I will make a California road trip starting with Sonoma. Planned stops are also Bodega Bay, San Francisco, Santa Cruz and Los Angeles. But we will start with San Diego, first time for all of us.
Hotels are booked and table at recommended Zazu Kitchen & Farm in Sebastopol, Sonoma county. Hope to eat with friends at RN74 in S.F and many more great restaurants. I also have planned a visit in Santa Rita Hills to meet with wine friend Greg Brewer.
